Grand piano relocation into a newly finished Longwood home.
The challenge
Coordinating a piano delivery around a still-in-progress interior meant protecting freshly finished floors and a narrow entry hallway while getting a heavy, delicate instrument into position without a scratch.
How we handled it
Our piano crew used furniture pads, a piano board, and floor runners to protect the new flooring, staging the move in stages so the instrument never sat at an awkward angle.
The result
The piano landed in its final spot without a mark on the instrument or the new floors, the kind of careful handling our piano clients expect from a Longwood-based crew.
